After booking your initial consultation, you will be sent a patient registration and health questionnaire to complete prior to arriving. This helps the first appointment run smoother.Â

What to Expect
History
You’ll be welcomed into the clinic and we’ll start with a relaxed conversation about why you’ve come to see us and what you hope to gain from treatment. We’ll then ask some more detailed questions.Â
Examination
Assessment of posture, gait, joint movement, orthopaedic and neurological tests. A gown is offered for ease of examination. If you prefer to remain clothed, please inform your chiropractor and suitable adjustments can be made.Â
Report of Findings
We’ll explain the findings from your history and examination, and propose an appropriate treatment plan including benefits and risks of treatment, options for treatment and answer any questions you may have.Â
1st Treatment
Following the report, if chiropractic care is clinically appropriate and you are happy to proceed, we will commence with the first treatment. This may include adjustments, soft tissue work, taping, or exercises.Â
